Getting ready for Christmas!

The holiday season takes on a whole new meaning with a baby in the house. We look forward to spending time with friends and family this time of year.

Baptism

Hillary and Angie were Leo's sponsors for his baptism. Leo didn't seem to mind too much when the pastor poured the water over his head. It was a wonderful day!

Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful time at Emily's aunt and uncle's home for Thanksgiving. Leo got to meet more of his cousins. It was his longest trip away from home but he did a great job!

BIG boy!

Leo had another vaccination appointment today and "us parentals" received confirmation to what our eyes had been telling us... Leo is a GROWING BOY.

Leo is now 24 inches long and weighs 14 lbs., 13 oz. He's our little tank.

Obama Rally

Today we went to one of the last Barack Obama rallies before the election. It was a beautiful day and Leo was a trooper. Leo is our little Obama baby!!

Two month appointment

Leo had his 8 week appointment last week. He's up to 11 lbs 14 oz and 22.24 inches. He is a healthy little guy! He is such a smiley baby - he's smiling at me right now!! He seems to love music and being held as we dance and really likes it when we read to him. We just bought him a rainforest playmat that plays rainforest sounds and music. He has enjoyed this immensely!

Leo and Lucy's first meeting!!

Leo and Lucy had their first meeting this weekend. Lucy was born 17 days after Leo to Emily's cousin Jason and his wife Kerri. We can already tell they are going to be the best of friends.

Little Leo is getting bigger!

Leo continues to melt our hearts with his smiles and cooing! We are all doing well. He is sleeping longer at night which is helping all of us feel better.

Leo has been smiling more and more everyday!! He continues to amaze us and we can't wait for everyone to meet him!

One month!!!

It's been one month since Leo entered this world. We are enjoying each moment with this precious little guy!!!!!!!!!

Healthy Leo!!

We had Leo's two week appointment this past week and his weight was up to 7lbs 7oz!! He is doing very well and we are enjoying the little changes in him each day as he grows. It has been quite the amazing journey and unbelievable how much our hearts have the capacity to grow every time we look at him!
